We all have good days and we all have bad days.

We want to be strong, for ourselves, for our families, for our friends, but life happens and it’s hard to be strong all the time.

We know how to develop our physical strength, being healthy, eating the right foods, drinking water, exercising, walking, running, lifting weights, going to the gym etc

But what about spiritual strength?

What is it and how do we get it?

Good strength comes from good health.

Spiritual health is developed by growing our relationship with God.

Connecting with God by spending time reading, studying and meditating on God’s Word, prayer, fellowship with other believers are some ways we can grow strong spiritually.

Scripture Journaling is a great way to spend time with God and His Word and draw on the strength God promises us.

You can use the following verses as a starting point.  Take them one at a time and, as you meditate on them, allow God to speak His truth into you and allow His Word to transform you and your thinking.
