Once you have made your purchase you will be directed to a confirmation page where you will be able to download the file. You will also receive an email from Shopify with a link to the download.
Be aware that most phones and iPads don’t allow you to download through a link. so if it doesn’t work on those devices, try from your computer.
ZIP FILES
Some of our products are large are and sent as a zip file.
On PC: Save file to computer, right-click and select “extract all”. This will create a new file or folder on your computer in which you can access the files.
On MAC: Save file to computer and double click on it. It will automatically extract the file and you will be able to access it.
If there are any issues with downloading the file try using a different browser.
PDFs
Most of our files are sent using PDF format. If you are aunable to open the file you may not have Adobe Reader on it and you will need to download it HERE.
PRINTING TIPS
You can print at home using your computer or take it to a local printing shop.
- If printing on Letter paper select ‘actual size’ in printer dialogue
- If printing on A4 paper select ‘fit to page’ in printer dialogue
- Select ‘borderless printing’ to remove white border from around your document. This is good for cover pages. Note that some printers don’t have this option.
